Gather your bridal party for a rejuvenating day. Melt away all remaining wedding worries with a full body massage, followed by our exclusive Facial Fitness to reveal your radiance. Spend the day preparing to feel and look your best for the wedding and photography.

Designed for parties of 10 or less, your day will start with a guided meditation to promote clear and focused thought. Together we will engage in Medical Qi Gong movement to tonify all systems of the body.

Our treatments are done in one serene, light-filled space, where your party may quietly engage in planning & share great food, while others are receiving their individualized sessions. In summertime, the entire party may be conducted completely outdoors.

Luncheon includes healthful salads such as Nicoise & northwest greens, antipastai platters, topped off with fruit tarts.
