Nestled on a knoll one-half mile from the mountain village of Leavenworth, WA, means your guests can take in numerous activities before and after the wedding.  Abundant lodging, shopping, art & festivals, golf, hiking, biking and rafting are available in a small radius around Passages Retreat Center.  

Do your dreams include a wedding ceremony under sun & sky?  Imagine adding full flower gardens & terraced lawns.  A fully enclosed reception hall with warm wood floors and leaded glass windows light the setting for the reception you have always envisioned.  Our packages are designed to give you choices and attention to detail, while leaving the legwork to us.  Already have the perfect plan?  Our gardens & facility are yours to rent, along with the aid of an on-site facilitator.  

Passages Retreat Center provides a secluded wedding garden, full indoor reception facility with dance floor, fully equipped staging kitchen, bridal dressing room and restrooms.  We practice organic gardening and green housekeeping, plus include curbside recycling.  Our bridal parties are encouraged and supported in efforts to reduce waste, carpool guests, and provide green wedding favors.  Your event has our full attention for the entire day and is completely private.

In order to reserve a date for your special day, we will require a signed rental agreement and 50% of the rental fee as a deposit.  The balance of the rental fee will be due 60 days in advance of your event date.  An additional refundable damage deposit of $300 is due one week prior to your date.  This will be refunded within 21 days after your event. 

Currently we have no restrictions on catering.   You are allowed to self-cater, use a caterer of your choice, or we can recommend one.  We have established a list of preferred caterers, all of whom can provide high quality products and excellent service with a great variety of menus and budgets.   Our kitchen is fully equipped and classified as a “warming only” kitchen.   All actual food preparation must be done at established catering or personal kitchens. 

Our capacity is 72 indoors and 150 outdoors.  Pricing depends on number of guests & choice of packages.  Rental hours are an 8 hour time period of your choice between 9 am and 9 pm.  Yours is the only party for the entire day and you have exclusive privacy. 

A one hour rehearsal is included in your rental.  However, it may only be arranged two weeks in advance around other functions here at Passages and it is not guaranteed.  To ensure your rehearsal time and begin early set up, Passages may be rented for 24 hours.  Practice the wedding march and first dance till they’re perfect!
